Lead Salesforce Developer - Contract - East Coast (Hybrid)
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to lead a team in the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and other technical leads to design, build, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions that enhance customer engagement and optimize business processes. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers, ensuring the technical quality of deliverables, and driving best practices across the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Salesforce developers in the design, development, and implementation of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Architect and develop custom components, applications, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Ensure that Salesforce solutions align with best practices and adhere to security, performance, and scalability standards.
- Oversee the development lifecycle, including planning, implementation, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, well-documented, and maintainable code is produced.
- Act as a technical point of contact for all Salesforce-related issues, providing troubleshooting and support for the team and business users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes.
- Manage and mitigate technical risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect and Project Manager to ensure the solution is aligned with the overall business strategy.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience leading a team of Salesforce developers and managing development projects from inception to delivery..
- Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
